Shipping/Order Status

We try our best to replenish stock as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can do in the meantime: Sign up for an email alert by going to the specific product page and clicking the “Notify Me” button. When that must-have item is back in action, you’ll be the first to know.

For domestic orders, Cheysthetics offers FREE U.S. Standard Ground Shipping on orders over $50.

Find the status of a particular order and view your Order History on the Order Status tracking page under MY ACCOUNT. Please note that the Order History will not be updated until the product(s) have shipped.

Returns

Easy! Just check out our return policy.

For domestic orders, please send the defective or incorrect item(s) back to us, using the free return process. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will gladly send you a replacement. Be sure to use the return form included in your original packaging.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, if you’re unhappy with one of our products, please review the return policy.

Absolutely not. We are a cruelty-free brand. We never and will never test our products or ingredients on animals.

Cheysthetis is cruelty-free brand. We never and will never test our products or ingredients on animals. Although some of our products are free of animal byproducts, Cheysthetics is not considered a complete vegan line: A handful of our products may contain ingredients of animal origin, such as beeswax.
